横山研OB・山口さんが田口賞受賞


2013年に横山研で博士課程を修了された山口保彦さん(琵琶湖環境科学研究センター)が、日本有機地球化学会2018年度研究奨励賞(田口賞)を受賞されました。


田口賞は有機地球化学分野の若手研究者を奨励するための賞で、毎年1~2人が受賞します。


山口さんの受賞の研究題目は「アミノ酸の窒素同位体比を用いた水圏有機窒素の動態解析手法に関する開発と有機地球化学的研究」。学生時代から現在まで続けてきた研究が評価されたとのことです。


830-31日、東京海洋大学で開催された第36回有機地球化学シンポジウムで受賞式が行われました。
